Jay B. Hall began working with events and festivals while he was in high school and immediately knew what career he would pursue. He earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Newman University followed by a Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a Concentration in Sports Management from LSU.
Jay served the 2011 Summer National Senior Games presented by Humana in Houston, Texas as Registration Manager. In 2012, Jay joined the National Senior Games Association (NSGA) as Director of Digital Services, based on his experience in event management software and developing websites for the Greater Houston United States Bowling Congress, the Louisiana State University Bowling Team, and others. Additionally, his knowledge and expertise in many areas of event management made him a valued team asset for the 2013 National Senior Games in Cleveland, Ohio.
Because of his versatility, in 2014 Jay was named Director of Venue Management for the 2015 World Police & Fire Games hosted by Fairfax County, Virginia. He quickly earned a promotion to become Senior Director of Venues and Competition for those successful Games.
Other major events calling on Jay have included three years with the National Memorial Day Concert and A Capital Fourth Celebration at the United States Capitol, the 2015 National Senior Games in Minneapolis, Minnesota, three years managing operations with Comicpalooza in Houston, Texas and the 2017 National Senior Games in Birmingham, Alabama. Also in 2017, Jay worked for Super Bowl 51: Super Bowl Live, held in downtown Houston on Discovery Green.
